Paranox mechan humans are almost indistinguishable from actual humans. Their original design mimics the various cultures of humanity on Tyr to such an extent that they were originally used as spies. The only known way to determine their identity is the color of their blood which flows a murky-black.
Though it is commonly believed that all mechans rebelled against their creators it was actually the majority of the humanoid models who actually did. Many of the paranox mechans cast in other forms were either provided with less intelligence for their role or did not see their way fit to rebel. In the final analysis, the asucronians could more easily accept almost any of their other creations with whom they shared no resemblance than those that they did.
Combat The paranox model humans utilize the tactics and weapons of their mimicked form. Unless they are alone or with those only of their own kind, they will take special precautions to ensure their identities are kept secret.
Society Mechans in human or humanoid form blend into the societies of those they are meant to mimic. Human formed mechans enjoy the company of their cousins though they will always remain cautious in their presence. When they are around those of their own kind, be they human or other forms, they are often sullen and withdrawn. It is as if they presence of the others of their kind reminds them that they are not truly human. Paranox mechans have do not breath air, but they are built to mimic these acts flawlessly. They do consume matter and use its energy to much the same way other living creatures do, though the process is very different. They have been known to ingest rock, sand, even small portions of raw metallic ores for the same purpose when their cravings drive them to do so.
Paranox who take their racial regeneration feat must consume raw tacrus ore to use this ability. Like many manufactured life forms, they have no natural age limitation though they may be killed should they reach -10 hit points. Prolonged periods without any form of sustenance will place them into a state of inactivity once they reach 0 hit points. This will last indefinitely until they gain access to a source of energy. Like all mechans, they instantly know one another on sight and they are just as adept at spotting an Asucronian. Asucronians likewise can spot a mechan. Such meetings are often uneasy though much goes unsaid.
