I Submitted the Lords of Tyr D&D Podcast to the Ennies!
Submitted by Chadarius on Thu, 03/04/2010 - 12:54Well now I've gone and done it! I just submitted our podcast to the Ennies. I am proud of our rag tag Lords and Ladies of Tyr and how much fun we have had doing these podcasts. Our 1000+ and growing listenership tells me that we are doing something interesting. I have really enjoyed seeing our little podcast grow. I have especially enjoyed our podcasts with our special guests over the last year. So here is to the competition! I was looking at the list of podcasts so far that have entered and I have been a listener to them all. Why? Because they are darn good podcasts. I won't feel bad if we don't win. There are many deserving entries and I have enoyed their shows almost as much as I enjoy ours.

Games Plus to host EN World's "Games Day Chicago"

A free day of gaming and so close to home, who could resist? Sign ups are on the EN World forums and open 2/14/2010.
Even if you don't want to game (then you must be sick....) then you can always spend some cash with the Games Plus folks...you know you need something!

In Favor of Luddismm - Or how I learned to dislike Podcasts

Well, not really since Luddism is a concept that I'm not really invoking- but I'll be called a Luddite for what I'm about to say anyway.
I hate pod casts, streaming video, and the like exploding upon rpg/greek scene. Yes, I'm looking at you RPG Circus and other similar things. This despite that fact that I find Zachary's blog interesting and fun.

This is a tough one. Considering that our podcasts are the most popular item at http://lordsoftyr.com, I'd have to say that your opinion is a bit out numbered [by consumers of our content].
Podcast uStream Live Feed Audio Perfected!

Well perfect is a very high bar, so maybe its excellant instead :). When you join us on uStream please let me know in chat if the audio is sounding OK and I can always adjust things.
